A $350 security deposit will be due upon execution and return of a lease agreement plus a total of 25% of the total lease amount which includes the tax. The balance of the rental is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 90 days prior to occupancy otherwise the 25% deposit will be forfeited unless the unit can be rented. The security deposit of $350 will be returned upon notice of cancellation or 30 days following occupancy.
Additional units may be available should the this unit be booked or you need more than one unit.
